Self Pay/Out of Network Provider: Your may choose to not involve your insurance company and pay out of pocket. If I am not a provider of your insurance network, you may pay out of pocket and then submit your bill to your insurance company. I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to them. However, make sure you verify your out of network benefits beforehand to verify that this is an option. I will do my best to help you submit the paperwork.
